Account Management – Managing Your Marginfi Wallet & Portfolio

This guide explains how to migrate your Marginfi portfolio if you’ve lost access to your old wallet and how to secure your funds if your wallet is compromised. If you need help with other account-related issues, reach out to Marginfi support.

If you’ve lost access to your old wallet, follow these steps to migrate your portfolio:

1. Create a Marginfi support ticket and explain your issue in detail.

2. The Marginfi team will whitelist your new wallet for migration.

3. Once approved, you’ll receive a link to begin the migration process.

⚠ Important: Only the wallet owner can authorize this migration. If you still have access to your old wallet, try to migrate your points directly via:

If your wallet is compromised, act quickly to secure your assets.

1. Check if your funds are still in your Marginfi account.

   • If your assets haven’t been withdrawn yet, there’s a chance to migrate them.

2. Create a support ticket immediately to request a wallet migration.

   • We can only help if your funds are still on Marginfi.

3. If funds have already been withdrawn, we cannot recover them.

   • Unfortunately, once assets leave Marginfi, they are outside our control.

• Stop using the compromised wallet. Never connect it to any apps.

• Transfer remaining funds to a new secure wallet (if possible).

• Revoke approvals from any suspicious apps using Solana’s token approval tool.

• Never share your seed phrase. Marginfi or any official team member will never ask for it.

If you've lost access to your wallet or suspect it’s compromised, submit a support ticket as soon as possible to begin the migration process. If your funds have already been withdrawn, Marginfi cannot recover them.
