What are emission rewards on Marginfi?

Emission rewards are temporary rewards given to users who lend into specific asset pools on Marginfi. These rewards boost the APY for certain assets and are meant to incentivize lending.

If you withdraw your lending position from a bank that is giving out emission rewards, you will no longer be able to claim those rewards. Additionally, if the APY for the asset decreases, your rewards will also decrease. It is recommended to collect your rewards as often as possible.
